PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff has filed an action in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, seeking to foreclose the right of redemption in and to Tax Sale Certificate(s) No. 09-03010 and 11-03529 affecting properties commonly known as 1411 Kenwood Avenue, Camden New Jersey, and designated as Block: 1296, Lot: 28 on the official tax map of the Municipality of Camden City, County: Camden, and 1413 Kenwood Avenue, Camden New Jersey, and designated as Block: 1296, Lot: 27 on the official tax map of the Municipality of Camden City, County: Camden PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that Plaintiff has applied before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County Hall of Justice, Chancery Division, located at 101 South 5th Street, Camden, New Jersey 08103, for the entry of Final Judgment foreclosing the right of redemption and barring and foreclosing all rights, title, interests, liens, claims, and equity of redemption in the subject property. The application for Final Judgment is scheduled to be heard on July 2, 2026, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the time designated by the Court. Any person claiming an interest in the subject property, including any right of redemption, must appear and protect their interest before the entry of Final Judgment. Failure to do so may result in the foreclosure and termination of all rights, title, interests, liens, claims, and equity of redemption in the subject property.
