To all whom it may concern:   
I, Nava Yah Yisrael, of the Thompson Family, born on September 16, 1956, do hereby proclaim my rightful status as an Indigenous American, descendant of the original peoples of this land.  
This public declaration is made in affirmation of my lineage, birthright, rightful heritage, and inheritance which are rooted in sovereign and self-governing Aboriginal Peoples that predate colonial and corporate structures imposed upon our ancestral lands, and continued connection to the ancestral nations of the Americas.  
I affirm and reclaim the dignity, continuity, and covenantal rights of my people.
This statement is made in accordance with international and historical protections for Indigenous peoples as recognized by the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), the American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (ADRIP), and the enduring principles of Article 3 of the Northwest Ordinance (1787) which ensures liberty, justice, and recognition of native identity. 
May this notice serve as both record and restoration of identity.
