DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND RECREATION DIVISION OF WATER SUPPLY PROTECTION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Department of Conservation and Recreation will hold a public hearing on an Application for Variance under the Watershed Protection Act and Regulations, MGL c. 92A 1/2 and 313 CMR 11.00.Branded Realty Group III LLC, owner, has requested a Variance Decision for a project located at 235, 245, 249 West Boylston Street and 27 Pierce Street, in West Boylston, Massachusetts for a redevelopment project which includes three buildings for multifamily housing, commercial businesses and professional services. This hearing is intended to address the issue of whether the Variance may be issued without impairing the quality of the water in the Wachusett Watershed.
