DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND RECREATION DIVISION OF WATER SUPPLY PROTECTION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Department of Conservation and Recreation will hold a public hearing on an Application for Variance under the Watershed Protection Act and Regulations, MGL c. 92A 1/2 and 313 CMR 11.00. Branded Realty Group III LLC, owner, has requested a Variance Decision for a project located at 262 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, Massachusetts to construct a Dunkin restaurant. This hearing is intended to address the issue of whether the Variance may be issued without impairing the quality of the water in the Wachusett Reservoir Watershed. The hearing will be held on March 17, 2026 at 11:00AM at the DCR office at 180 Beaman Street, West Boylston, MA.
