DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION WETLANDS PROGRAM 401 Water Quality Certification Application Public Notice Pursuant to 33.U.S.C.1341 and MGL c21 §43, notice is hereby given of a 401 Water Quality Certification (WQC) application for the 469A Main Street Trail and Bridge Project located at 501, 483A, and 469A Main Street, and 52 Stallion Hill Road Sturbridge, Massachusetts by the Town of Sturbridge. The project proposes to construct a new section of trail originating at 501 Main Street traveling south and east that includes the construction of a new pedestrian bridge over the Quinebaug River. The trail continues east and includes improvements to the existing Riverlands and Grand Trunk Trails.
