Coon, Administrator of the Estate of Gwyn Elise McGraw aka Gwyn McGraw Smith, Deceased, Plaintiff vs. Mark McGraw, et al., Defendants To: Unknown, Unborn Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns, and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Gwyn McGraw, whose last known residences are unknown to the Court, are hereby notified that on January 29, 2026, Andrew S. Coon, Administrator of the Estate of Gwyn Elise McGraw aka Gwyn McGraw Smith, Deceased, filed a Complaint in the Probate Court, 373 S. High St., 22nd Floor, Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio 43215 in Case no. 642485A, alleging that Gwyn Elise McGraw died intestate, a resident of Franklin County, Ohio on June 8, 2025 and alleging that Mark McGraw, Douglas E. McGraw, Barry McGraw, Anne Cressey McGraw, Timothy McGraw, Rosemary (McGraw) Sherouse, Jared Leigh Scarbrough, Richard Boyd Herron, Stacey Michelle (Coon) Cornute, Andrew S. Coon, Lauren Elise Coon, and the Unknown, Unborn Heirs at Law and Next of Kin of Gwyn Elise McGraw aka Gwyn McGraw Smith, Deceased, et al., if any, may have or may claim to have an interest in this estate; WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court to determine the lawful heirs of the decedent, Gwyn Elise McGraw, and to issue an Order declaring same along with the respective interest. Defendants first herein above named and mentioned are further notified that they are required to answer said complaint within 28 days from the last publication or judgment may be rendered as demanded therein.
