Said bonds shall remain in full force and effect for twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance of the Work.The Contract to which the Owner will be a party will contain a provision prohibiting the other party to the Contract, and their subcontractors, from engaging in employment practice that constitutes a discrimination against a person because of the person's race, color, sex, religion, national origin or ancestry. Bidders may offer items or materials equal in quality and having the same durability and efficiency if the Bidder first receives written approval from the Architect/Engineer prior to the date/time of the Bid opening and complying with requirements indicated in Document 002113, "Instructions To Bidders".
