EMS Service Discontinuation Notice Effective 04/01/2026 Effective 04/01/2026, the West County Paramedic Association is requesting that the Erie County Department of Public Safety and the Crawford County Public Safety Department not dispatch West County Paramedic Association to calls in Beaver or Spring Townships, Crawford County. Effective the same date, the West County Paramedic Association has also requested that the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, remove Spring and Beaver Townships from its ambulance licenses.
