Erin Fire District #1 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Proposed Budget of the Erin Fire District #1 of the Towns of Erin, State of New York, will be presented to the Board of Fire Commissioners for consideration. A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 7PM at the Erin Fire Station, 1462 Breesport Rd, Erin New York on the 21st day of October, 2025. Pursuant to Town Law §181.3(a), the Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on the budget, make the proposed budget available to the public prior to the public hearing, allowing the public to comment on the budget at the public hearing. This public hearing must be held to allow maximum public participation in the hearing. The Erin Fire District #1 shall be open for inspection at the Erin Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours.
