This matter having come before the Court on Plaintiffs' Verified Ex Parte Motion for Service of Process by Publication, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall effect service of process upon the heirs, devisees, assigns, personal representatives, or others claiming through them, of Defendants, Keith Winton Feather, Deceased, and Gale Emerson Feather, Deceased, by means of publication;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said publication shall run for a period of three (3) weeks, and any heirs, devisees, assigns, personal representatives, or others claiming through them, of Keith Winton Feather, Deceased, and Gale Emerson Feather, Deceased, must answer or take other actions permitted by law or Court Rule within twenty-eight (28) days of the completion of publication. Said pleading or other action must be filed with the Cheboygan County Clerk, 870 South Main Street, Cheboygan, Michigan 49721, with a copy served upon attorney for Plaintiffs, Kristina M. Fisk, Inosencio & Fisk, PLLC, 740 West Michigan Avenue, Jackson, Michigan 49201. Failure to answer or take such other action within the prescribed time period may result in a default judgment.
