Facilities Management Services Atlantic City Convention Center, Historic Boardwalk Hall REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PUBLIC NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority ("CRDA" or "Authority") for Facilities Management Services Atlantic City Convention Center, Historic Boardwalk Hall, West Hall Request for Proposals ("RFP") forms, contracts and specifications can be obtained at the CRDA website at www.njcrda.com also at https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. (you will need to create a free Bonfire account in order to download the documentation). Sealed proposals must be submitted online through NJCRDA's Bonfire Portal: https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com. Sealed proposals shall be submitted in the manner prescribed in the Request for Proposals. A tour and pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. eastern prevailing time. All interested Respondents should register with the Authority by sending an email to Dustin Moore at dmoore@njcrda.com prior to the facilities tour and pre-proposal meeting. Proposals will be received, October 23, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. eastern prevailing time through NJCRDA's Bonfire Portal: https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com, opened and read aloud in a Zoom meeting open to the public on October 23, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. eastern prevailing time. Public proposal openings will be completed online through Zoom. Meeting ID will be posted on www.njcrda.com/procurement and https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted electronically in accordance with the requirements, and by the date and time indicated on the face page, of the RFP.
