FAI-M.R. 70502-01.91 E. SIXTH AVENUE OVER FETTERS RUN NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Lancaster, Ohio will receive competitive sealed bids for the following project: FAI-M.R. 70502-01.91 E. SIXTH AVENUE OVER FETTERS RUN until 1:30 P.M. April 1, 2026, at the Bid Express® service at www.bidexpress.com. The sealed bids will be publicly opened at the office of the Service Safety Director, Municipal Building, 104 East Main Street, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 at 1:30 P.M. on April 1, 2026. This Project involves the bridge replacement (SFN 2360713) over Fetters Run including approach pavement reconstruction. The engineer's estimated cost of construction is $2,397,701.00. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of its Work on the Project, as defined in the General Conditions, within a 19 consecutive week time period not to extend past October 30, 2026. Only Bidders pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the Work involved on this project are eligible to bid this Project.
