Fall River Armory Parking Lot Repair (MA National Guard) Section 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL. C. 30, 39M Over $150K The MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY DIVISION, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Parking Lot Repair project at the Fall River Armory, Fall River, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Construction and Facilities Management Office, (CFMO). The Project consists of but not limited to: Fall River Armory Parking Lot Repair (MA National Guard) Work will include the removal existing asphalt pavement, fine grading and compaction of the new, reclaimed base through the use of a vibratory roller, repaving, installation of steel guardrails, and line striping of the parking area. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) formerly known as SOMWBA. The Construction Workforce Utilization Goals are 15.3% minority workers and 6.9% women workers of the final contract price including accepted alternates. The work is estimated to cost $575,000.00 All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by _May 11, 2026_ at 10:00AM EDT for general bids. Bids are subject to MGL. C. 30, 39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
