FEMA Case No. 25-04-5622P Bluffs at Magnolia Phase 3 LOMR The City of Freeport's Planning and Zoning Division hereby gives notice of the City of Freeport's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located to the north of Lafayette Creek and east of Hwy 331 and west of Magnolia Creek between Lafayette Creek to the south and C W Roberts Road to the north in Freeport, FL. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No. 25-04-5622P for a multi-phased development north of Lafayette Creek. Developers are proposing to construct multiple singlefamily homes as part of the development. 1. The SFHA will be established, increase and decrease within the tributaries north of Lafayette Creek. 2. Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will be established, increase, and decrease within the tributaries north of Lafayette Creek Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the City of Freeport's Planning and Zoning Division office located at 16040 US-331 BUS, Freeport, FL 32439.
