FOOTHILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed Budget ("Budget") has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the FOOTHILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT (the "District") for the ensuing year of 2026. A copy of the proposed Budget has been filed in the office of the District Manager at 2001 16th Street, Suite 1700, Denver, Colorado 80202, where same is open for public inspection. Such proposed Budget will be considered at a regular meeting of the FOOTHILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, to be held on December 3, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. The location of the meeting and additional information regarding the meeting will be available on the District's website at https://www.foothillsmetrodistrict.org/ at least 24-hours in advance of the meeting. Any interested electors within the FOOTHILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT may inspect the proposed 2026 Budget and file or register any objections at any time prior to the final adoption of the Budget.
