FOOTHILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOTICE TO AMEND 2025 BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an amended budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the FOOTHILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT for the ensuing year of 2025. A copy of the amended budget has been filed in the office of the District Manager at 2001 16th Street, Suite 1700, Denver, Colorado 80202, where same is open for public inspection. Such amended budget will be considered at a regular meeting of the FOOTHILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, to be held on December 3, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. The location of the meeting and additional information regarding the meeting will be available on the District's website at https://www.foothillsmetrodistrict.org/ at least 24-hours in advance of the meeting. Any interested electors within the FOOTHILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT may inspect the amended budget and file or register any objections at any time prior to the final adoption of the amended 2025 budget.
