To the Enrolled Voters of Tompkins County: In accordance with the Election Law, there will be held in the County of Tompkins on November 4, 2025, from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., a General Election. The site is 1,039 acres. Requires State to add 2,500 acres of new forest land in Adirondack Park. A "YES" vote authorizes new ski trails and related facilities in the Adirondack forest preserve. A "NO" vote does not authorize this use. A copy of this proposal may be obtained at the Board of Elections, 128 E. Buffalo St., Ithaca NY, or at votetompkins.com.
