CARTWRIGHT, et al, Defendants," 25CV007049-100 the undersigned commissioner will on the 7th day of April, 2026, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the entrance to the new Judicial Complex in Buncombe County, North Carolina at 11:00 AM the following described real property, lying and being in Buncombe County, North Carolina, and being more particularly described as follows:
That the property is shown on the Buncombe County tax records as PIN: 971211626600000 lying and being in Buncombe County, North Carolina:
Being that parcel or tract described in a certain instrument dated January 05, 1999, from Kenneth Gerald Warren and wife, Pricilla Ruth Warren, Grantors, to SHARON W. CARTWRIGHT and husband, TIMOTHY E. CARTWRIGHT, Grantees, and recorded in Deed Book 2068, Page 758, Buncombe County, North Carolina Registry.
The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
