2025 Group Medical, Life, and Long-Term Disability Insurance

The Greater Dickson Gas Authority (GDGA) is requesting Proposals for Group Medical, Life, Long-term Disability, and Voluntary Life and Short-term Disability. The Authority is requesting proposals from insurance companies and third-party administrators qualified to do business in the State of Tennessee for fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded plans.
The Authority is not seeking insurance broker or professional service provider services.

Proposals will be accepted electronically at ksmith@benefits-inc.com until Friday, October 25, 2024, 4:00 pm Central Time. Proposals received after the closing time will not be accepted.
Proposals shall be marked with the following Subject line of the email:
"GDGA RFP Response-2025 Group Medical Benefits."
The Authority, in consultation with its Professional Insurance Broker/Producer, reserves the right to negotiate further terms and benefits offered by any participating vendor. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all responses, to waive technicalities or formalities, and to accept any response deemed in the best interest of the Greater Dickson Gas Authority.
Documents submitted to the Authority that are associated with all responses to this RFP are subject to the Tennessee Public Records Act. Access to the record is governed by the Tennessee Public Records Act and the policies of the Authority and the Tennessee Office of Open Records Counsel.
