HAM CINCINNATI CROSSINGS FY26 PID 121898 NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID CITY OF CINCINNATI DIVISION OF PURCHASING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND ENGINEERING HAM CINCINNATI CROSSINGS FY26 PID 121898 SCOPE OF WORK The City of Cincinnati seeks qualified bidders for HAM Cincinnati Crossings FY26 PID 121898, an LPA project, BID REFERENCE NUMBER 263C909277. This project includes pedestrian safety improvements at seven locations in the CUF and Madisonville neighborhoods. 3 raised crosswalks will be installed on Calhoun St between W Clifton Ave and Ohio Ave, 3 raised crosswalks will be installed on McMillan St between Wheeler St and Scioto Ln, and 1 raised crosswalk will be installed on Madison Rd near the intersection with Anderson Pl. The project's work includes earthwork excavations and embankments; concrete flatwork such as curbs and sidewalks; stormwater improvements such as manholes, inlets, and pipes; signage improvements including the installation of a Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacon system; curb ramps; curb extensions; and other associated roadway construction items. BID SUBMISSIONS Bidders must submit bids electronically through the City's Vendor Self Service website. Bidders must be registered to submit a bid. Bidders can register and submit bids at https://vss.cincinnati-oh.gov/vssprod/Advantage4. Bids will be received until March 24, 2026 TBD, at 12:00 noon local time. This bid will not be read publicly. No hard copies of bids will be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by a bid surety of not less than 10% of the bid amount and the successful bidder will be required to provide a performance surety of not less than 100% of the contract value. All bidders will be subject to the provisions of the Federal requirements regarding equal employment opportunity and disadvantaged businesses.
