Public notice- Variance application
Please take notice that I Joseph Fay, owner of 12 Lafayette Dr, Hazlet, NJ 07730 also known as block 48, Lot 190 has applied for variance relief. Im seeking approval for maxiumun impervious coverage, where 40% is permitted and 54% is proposed, resulting in a variance of 14%.
1. Side yard set back: (existing concrete): 0% where a set back is required
2. Pool Bar set back: 2 feet where 10 is required
3. Shed set back: 2 feet where 8 feet is required
A public hearing on this Application will take place on April 16, 2026, at 7:00pm in the meeting room of the Township Municipal Buuilding, located at 1766 Union Ave, Hazlet, Nj 07730
Any intreseted parties may appear at the hearing, either in person or by attorney and present any comments or objections regaurding this application, Thank you
