HEARING NOTICE You are hereby notified that the Framingham City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at or after 7:00PM in the Blumer Room, Memorial Building, located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts, to consider allowing VERIZON NEW ENGLAND INC. and NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY d/b/a EVERSOURCE ENERGY request permission to locate poles, wires, cables and fixtures including the necessary anchors, guys and other such sustaining and protecting fixtures to be owned and used in common by your petitioners, along and across the following public way or ways: Pearl Street – Southwesterly, opposite Proctor Street Install approximately 18± feet of conduit at pole #175/4A AND Pearl Street - Westerly side opposite Proctor Street Install one (1) pole #175/45A This request is required to provide electric service to #26 Pearl Street. A copy of the full text of the request and associated plan at Pearl Street (named WO# 20391245 Dated February 20, 2026) may be inspected in the City Council Office, Room 113 located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts, as well as online at the City's Public Meeting Calendar for the agenda with link to background information. Written comments should be submitted to citycouncil@framinghamma.gov by 5:00 p.m. on Friday April 17, 2026. 48-hours in advance of the meeting date, you may visit the Public Meeting Portal via the City website for the Zoom information that will allow remote viewing and participation in this Public Hearing.
