HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THECITY OF DONALDSONVILLE, LOUISIANA REQUEST FOR AUDIT PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of Donaldsonville, Louisiana (DHA), is soliciting proposals (RFP) from Certified Public Accounting Firms/Individuals to perform an independent financial audit for fiscal years ending December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2026. Contract will initially be executed for a period of 2 years with the DHA option of extending the agreement for (3) additional one-year terms, maximum total of 5 years. The audit will be in conformance with GAAP, OMB Uniform Guidance Government Auditing Standards, the Single Audit Act, and the applicable HUD Compliance Supplement for Audit as applicable. DHA operates 152 public housing units and currently has two Capital Fund Programs. Requests for the RFP Package and/or questions shall be in writing, submitted to: Ruth W. DHA may reject any and all proposals, re-advertise, postpone or cancel this RFP at its discretion. DHA reserves the right to waive any formalities related to this RFP. DHA will evaluate all proposals and will award a contract to the responsible proposer, deemed most advantageous to DHA.
