These properties include multi-family public housing units, a senior housing complex, and the main AHA administrative office. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering consistent, professional, and reliable maintenance services that contribute to the safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal of AHA's properties. Required services include, but are not limited to, mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, debris removal, and seasonal grounds clean-up.
