TAKE NOTICE that on the 29th day of June, 2026, Plaintiff Warrior Met Coal Mining, LLC ("Plaintiff") filed a Complaint in said Court in rem against the above-described property and RGGS Land and Minerals, Ltd., L.P.; Alberry James; Sherman James; the heirs or devisees of Gillian Stanley including James Carlton Stanley; Donald Joe Stanley; Angela Battle Martin, Terry Stanley; Linda Marie Stanley Noe; David Leslie Stanley; Jennifer Aguirre Stanley; Cory Stanley; Julianne Aguirre-Webber; Emma Stanley, Ethel Stanley Watkins; Reba Stanley Goodson; Samantha Stanley; Joyce Stanley Pardue; Dewayne Dee Stanley, J.L. Thomas Stanley; James Edward Stanley; Brandon Stanley; Brenda Smith; Teresa Mills; Lisa Wilson; Jewell Wray Stanley; Cynthia Stanley Barb; Bryan K. Stanley; Carl H. Plaintiff alleges in its Complaint that Defendants therein named claim or are reputed to claim some right, title, or interest in or encumbrance upon said property or some part thereof. Plaintiff further alleges that it is one of the owners of the property, and that it and its predecessors have held color of title to, and have paid taxes on, of the property since 2007. Plaintiff further alleges that the heirs or devisees of Gillian Stanley have not had possession of the property, or held color of title to the property, or paid taxes on the property since at least 2007.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED by the undersigned Clerk of Court that publication of this notice be made once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Tuscaloosa News, a newspaper of general circulation in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, and that all persons to whom this notice is addressed and any and all persons claiming any title to, interest in, or lien or encumbrance on the above-described land or any part thereof are hereby directed to plead, answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this cause by the 14th day of September, 2026, or thereafter a judgment by default may be rendered against them it being intended that this notice shall be used to perfect service against all parties who cannot be personally served with a copy of the Complaint. The aforementioned notice will run in the Tuscaloosa News on July 16th, July 23rd, July 30th, and August 6th.
