NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2026, entered in Case No. 35-2025-CA-002679-AXXX-01, of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein Headlands Residential Series Owner Trust Series H, by U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee is the Plaintiff and Eric A. Olson, as Successor Co-Trustee of the Terrance and Earlagene Olson Revocable Trust, dated the 13th day of November, 2006; Eric A. Olson; Unknown Spouse of Eric A. Olson n/k/a Tammy Olson; Leonard Bruce Mikell, as Successor Co-Trustee of the Terrance and Earlagene Olson Revocable Trust, dated the 13th day of November, 2006; Leonard Bruce Mikell; Unknown Duly Appointed Sucessor Trustee(s) of the Terrance and Earlagene Olson Revocable Trust, dated the 13th day of November, 2006; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Terrance and Earlagene Olson Revocable Trust, dated the 13th day of November, 2006 are the Defendants. The Clerk of Circuit Court for Lake County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in a public sale, at the Lake County Courthouse Lobby, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, FL 32778, beginning at 11:00 AM, on July 14, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Less the South 10 feet thereof, and that part of Lot 3 bounded and described as follows: Begin at the Southwest comer of said Lot 4, run South 60°39'50" West along the Northwesterly line of Lot 5 a distance of 55 feet to an iron pin, thence continue along said line to the waters of Lake Ella, thence return to the point of beginning, run North along the West line of said Lot 4, a distance of 20 feet, thence South 60°39'50" West, parallel to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 5, to the waters of said Lake Ella, thence Southeasterly along and with the waters of said lake to intersect first line; all according to the plat of Wingfield Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 12, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
