The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Eric N. Houston, will take notice that the Plaintiff, Bank of America, N.A, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Franklin County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Westerville being in Section 2, Township 2, Range 17, United States Military Lands containing 0.186 acres of land, more or less. Said 0.186 acres being all of that tract of land described in a deed to Walter Berry and Lillian J. Berry of record in Deed Book 3415, page 923, said 0.186 acres being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin in the southerly line of West Lincoln Street, said iron pin being the northeasterly corner of a tract of land described in a deed of Franklin D. Ronk and Nancy A. Ronk, of record in Deed Book 2961, page 49, said iron pin also being the Northwesterly corner of said Berry Tract;Thence N. 87º° 30' 00" E., with the southerly line of said West Lincoln Street and with the northerly line of said Berry tract, a distance of 56.00 feet to an iron pin in the northeasterly corner of said Berry tract, said iron pin also being in the northwesterly corner of a tract of land, described in a deed to Walter J. Berry and William J. Berry, of record in Deed Book 3719, page 311;Thence S. 1ºº 39' 20" E., with the westerly line of said Berry Tract (DB 3719, P. 311) a distance of 61.30 feet to an iron pin;Thence S. 89ºº 06' 25" E., with the southerly line of said Berry tract (DB 3719, P. 311), a distance of 5.95 feet to an iron pin in the northwesterly corner of a tract of land described in a deed of Earl F. Kennedy, Sr. of record in Deed Book 2505, page 300;Thence S. 00º° 14' 29" E., with the westerly line of said Kennedy tract, a distance of 79.41 feet to an iron pin in the southwesterly corner of said Kennedy tract, said iron pin also being in the northerly line of a tract of land described in a deed to Melvin G. Huth and Elizabeth J. Huth, of record in Deed Book 3581, page 509;
Thence S. 88º° 28' 51" W., with the northerly line of said Huth tract, a distance of 57.96 feet to an iron pin in the southeasterly corner of said Ronk tract;
Thence N. 2ºº 29' 00" W., with the easterly line of said Ronk tract a distance of 140.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.186 acres of land, more or less.
