To be sold for not less than 2/3 of the appraised value, $10,000 down, deposit must be at Realauction prior to bidding (Wire Transfer Deposits must be received by 5:00 pm, 2 business days before the auction; ACH Debit Deposits must be initiated by 4:00 p.m., 5 business days before the auction), balance due upon confirmation of sale. Balance is to be paid by cashier's check within thirty (30) days of the date of sale and if not paid by that date, the deposit shall be forfeited. Real estate taxes pro-rated to the date of sale shall be paid through confirmation.
