THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:
THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DWAYNE MARVIN GARRETT, DECEASED.
You are hereby notified that the Plaintiffs, CARLOTTA GORDON and BRIAN GORDON, have filed a Petition for Foreclosure against the Defendant, DWAYNE MARVIN GARRETT, also known as DWAYNE GARRETT and/or DWAYNE M. GARRETT, now deceased, and against all unknown heirs, beneficiaries, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, and all others who may claim an interest in his estate ("Claimants").
Unless you Answer said Petition for Foreclosure on or before the 24th day of July 2026, the Petition will be taken as true, and foreclosure will be rendered against the following described real property:
The West Half (W/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4); the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4); and the South 264 feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4), all in Section 7, Township 24 North, Range 13 East, Washington County, Oklahoma (the "Subject Property").
Plaintiffs seek judgment for the following amounts:
a. Principal: $244,186.71
b. Interest: Accrued and accruing at 6.5% from October 30, 2021, until paid
c. Costs: All costs associated with collection and foreclosure
d. Relief: Sale of the Subject Property by Special Execution, with proceeds applied to Plaintiffs' judgment as a first and prior lien
The Court has been asked to adjudge Plaintiffs' lien on the premises as superior to all Claimants and to forever bar and foreclose all Claimants from any right, title, estate, or interest in the Subject Property.
