Elliott Family Trust, dated February 28, 2025 (the "Jennifer A. Elliott Family Trust"). Jennifer Avenell Elliott, also known as, Jennifer A. Elliott, the grantor/trustor/settlor ("settlor") of the Jennifer A. Elliott Family Trust, died on June 12, 2025. A creditor having a claim against Jennifer A. Elliott, the settlor, or the Jennifer A. Elliott Family Trust must file a claim with the undersigned trustee at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the date of first publication of this notice.
