To: William J. Perry, Jr., deceased, his heirs, beneficiaries, executors, administrators, successors and assigns; Occupants; All the World, all other persons known and unknown, to whom it may concern.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on December 10, 2025, in the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, Eastern Judicial Circuit, concerning land known and described as follows:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Chatham County, Georgia and being shown and designated as Building G, Unit 5 of The Commons at Wilmington Island Condominium, Chatham County, Georgia and more particularly described in the Declaration of Condominium for the Commons at Wilmington Island Condominium, dated December 4, 2004, recorded December 9, 2003, in deed book 262-W, page 47, Chatham County Georgia Records, together with all electrical, plumbing heating and air conditioning fixtures now located in or appurtenant to said unit; and an undivided interest in the submitted property common elements, all a set forth in the condominium declaration.
