Invitation for Bids (IFB) Interior and Exterior Pest Control Services The Medford Housing Authority, the awarding Authority, is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors specializing in interior & exterior pest control for weekly & emergency pest control services for approximately 785 public housing units that it owns and operates and for its administrative & management offices in Medford, Massachusetts. Documents prepared by the Medford Housing Authority and in accordance with MGL Chapter 30B. Award of contract will be to the responsible and responsive vendor who offers the best price based on unit prices in the bid. The total contract amount shall not exceed $300,000.00 for the base contract term of three (3) years This IFB is subject to the provisions of MGL c.30B sec.5. and to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
