INVITATION TO BID - CENTRAL MISSOURI COMMUNITY ACTION – WEATHERIZATION and HVAC Central Missouri Community Action - Weatherization Program, is soliciting bids from Contractors for Weatherization, HVAC Clean & Tune and HVAC replacement. The "Weatherization" contractors will bid for annual contract work between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027. The "HVAC" contractors, once pre-approved, will form a pool of contractors and be invited to bid as work becomes available during the year in all our counties. The work will be bid per county in Audrain, Boone, Cooper, Callaway, Cole, Howard, Moniteau and Osage. Weatherization contracts are awarded based on bid pricing and contractor experience.
