Invitation to Bid – Colonial Elementary School - HVAC Piping Replacement Sealed bids are due to Target Builders Construction Management located at 6460 Metro Plantation Road, Fort Myers, Florida 33966 no later than 2:00 pm on November 3rd 2025. This ITB is not intended to limit the scope of work. It is the responsibility of all subcontractors to review the complete set of plans and specifications. All bids shall include the following: 1. All bids shall be made to Target Builders Construction Management, Inc. 2. Sales tax. This project will be completed under Direct Materials Purchase Program. a. All sales tax savings will be deducted from subcontractor via change order. 3. Payment & performance bond. 4. The work will be completed during Summer of 2026. a. Include after hours, weekend, and holiday work as needed to complete the job. 5. All warranties in accordance with the plans & specifications. RFI's must be emailed to Justin Simonetti no later than October 16th, 2025, at 5:00 pm. All firms awarded subcontracts agree to comply with all provisions of Chapter 8 United States Code Section 1324a by not employing nor continuing employment of an unauthorized alien as defined by law. All firms awarded subcontracts agree to use the E-Verify system for any employees they may hire during the term of this project and shall be required to provide Target Builders Construction Management, Inc. with an affidavit stating the subcontractor does not employ, contract with, or subcontract with an unauthorized alien, as stated in Section 448.095, Florida Statutes. All firms awarded subcontracts agree to abide by Executive Order No. 11246 of September 24, 1965, and all awardees will, in all solicitations or advancements for employees placed by or behalf of the awardee, state that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. It is The School Board of Lee County's goal to expand participation opportunities of Lee County, Florida Small Business Enterprises ("SBE") and Minority Business Enterprises ("MBE") participation in the construction and providing of goods and services to the Project. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall endeavor and utilize good faith efforts to secure the participation of qualified SBE/ MBE firms in order to increase their participation in the Project.
