Invitation to Bid ITB #25/26-12 PWP # WA-2026-283 The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 338, is currently accepting sealed Bids from qualified Contractors, per NRS §338.1382 and licensed to work in the State of Nevada, to retrofit backflow devices on existing fire risers and install backflows on domestic and/or landscape services, as needed, ancillary work associated with the Project, and provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the Scope of Work entitled "Backflow Retrofit Project." A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM [PDT] on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 2770 Vassar Street, Reno, NV 89502. A project site tour will immediately follow the Pre-Bid meeting.
