For Sale, a 1982 Moduline manufactured home, Serial No. 96161, X-No. X00180120, Home ID No. 240465 (the "Home") and all personal property inside the Home or on the space upon which the Home sits (the "Additional Property"). The Home is located at Royal Estates, 187 47th Ave NE, Salem, OR 97301. The Home and the Additional Property are being sold on an "as is" and "with all faults" basis. This will be a private sale. The minimum bid that will be accepted is $12,559.86. Potential purchaser will be responsible to pay any back property taxes that are not included in the above sale price. If potential purchaser wishes to keep the Home at the Park, they must apply and be approved for occupancy. If not, the Home must be removed from the Park within 30 days upon purchase.
