Invitation to Bid Legal notice is hereby given that Gerrits Construction, Inc. (Construction Managers) for Florida Atlantic University is seeking qualified bidders for the Student Health Center for FAU. The project is located at 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431. This project involves renovation of 8,100SF of the existing health services building. The scope involves demolition, millwork, doors & frames, drywall, ACT, flooring, painting, fire extinguishers, wall protection, lockers, toilet accessories, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage. The Construction Manager requests all sealed bids be hand-delivered to our offices located at 8177 Glades Road, Suite 206, Boca Raton, FL 33434 by Thursday, January 22nd 2026 between the hours of 09:00AM - 5:00PM. The bid opening will be on January 23rd 2026 @ 2:30PM @ FAU /Boca Campus / Design & Construction Services Office. Construction plans and bidding documents must be obtained by emailing ronald@gciconstructs.com. When emailing Gerrits Construction, please use the following on the subject line "ITB for Student Health Center Renovation for FAU". Owner and/or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject or accept any qualifications.
