Invitation to Bid Legacy Water Group, LLC is seeking qualified certified Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) to participate in the construction of the North Bryan County Water Main Extension, RFP #27691.0082 project located in and for Bryan County, GA. This project bids on March 24, 2026. Scopes of work that are available for subcontracting include site grading & grubbing, grassing, erosion control, traffic control, horizontal directional drills (HDD), jack & bores, and suppliers of pipe, valves, fittings and accessories.
