Invitation to Bid The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (MassTech), Awarding Authority, located at 75 North Drive, Westborough, Massachusetts 01581-3340, invites sealed bids from Trade Contractors for the Demolition, Abatement, and Restoration of Site of three abandoned buildings at 75 North Drive, Westborough, Massachusetts, in accordance with documents prepared by Studio G Architects, Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. Bid documents will be available beginning Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. online at projectdog . Documents are available electronically at no cost. An optional pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at 75 North Drive, Westborough, MA 01581-3340. This project is accepting electronic bids only through ProjectDog (projectdog ). All bids must be submitted electronically no later than Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., at which time bids will be publicly opened online via ProjectDog. Hard copy or emailed bids will not be accepted. The Substantial Completion Date for this project is December 18, 2026. All bids are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, M.G.L. c.149, §§44A–44L, and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149, §§26–27H. Trade Contractor Bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid. All bids shall remain in effect for sixty (60) days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of bids. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids not deemed to be in the best interest of the organization.
