INVITATION TO BID Father Pinto Community Elevator Modernization WinnResidential is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed elevator contractors for the modernization of two (2) passenger elevators located at Father Pinto Community, 1001 S. Ochoa Street, El Paso, Texas 79901. The project consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, permits, testing, inspections, equipment, and warranties necessary to complete a full modernization of both passenger elevators, including replacement of mechanical and electrical equipment, controllers, drives, machines, motors, door equipment, fixtures, hoistway equipment, safety devices, and related systems. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on August 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Father Pinto Community. Questions regarding the project must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 26, 2026. Sealed bids must be received by 4:00 p.m. on September 2, 2026.
