INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received on June 25, 2026 by the Terrebonne Parish Recreation District No. 6, at the office of Milford & Associates, Inc., located at 1538 Polk Street, Houma, Louisiana 70360 until 2 P.M. CT Milford & Associates, Inc. shall at the time and place publicly open the bids and read aloud. Subsequent to the opening, the bid/bids will be evaluated by the appropriate party/parties and will be taken under advisement until presented to the TPRD No. 6, for their action at the next regularly scheduled board meeting. Each bid shall be either hand delivered by the bidder or his agent, or such bid shall be sent by United States Postal Service registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested. Bids shall not be accepted or taken, including receiving any hand delivered bids, on days which are recognized as holidays by the United States Postal Service. Failure of the U.S. Mail or of any express carrier or delivery service to deliver the bids timely shall not be considered due cause for the scheduled time of the bid opening to be extended. Project Name: Proposed Court Improvements for Terrebonne Parish Recreation District No. 6 107 Recreation Dr., Montegut Terrebonne Parish, LA Project Description: Rehabilitation Improvements to an existing outdoor court, including, a new post-tension slab and all incidental and miscellaneous site work. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set of Bidding Documents shall be issued to Contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors. This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for "BUILDING CONSTRUCTION OR LIMITED SPECIALTY SERVICES". The plans, specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from Milford & Associates, Inc., by each prospective bidder electronically at no cost.
