Invitation to Comment on a Proposed Wireless Telecommunications Facility Interested persons are invited to comment on the wireless telecommunications project proposed at 3125 River Road, Louisville, KY 40207 (38°16'50.2"N 85°41'48.7"W) with respect to impacts on, and specifically, the potential effects to historic properties located at or near this facility, if any. The project consists of the installation of a 195-foot monopole tower (overall height 199') within a 70'x70' chain link fence within the proposed 100'x100' compound. Additionally, a 20'x70' vehicle parking area and turnaround, a 30' wide access and utility easement, and a 12' wide by 187' long gravel drive is proposed.
