INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID: RON Parking Asheville Regional Airport – Asheville, NC Sealed Bids will be received at the Airport Administration Office, 134 Wright Brothers Way, Fletcher, NC 28732, on behalf of the Greater Asheville Regional Airport Authority (Authority), until and not later than December 9, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. local time for the following project: RON PARKING. If bids are unable to be opened on the above date, a second bid date and time is established with sealed bids being received until and not later than December 17, 2025, 11:00 a.m. A Pre-Bid Conference for this project will be held on November 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Airport Administration Office, 134 Wright Brothers Way, Fletcher, NC 28732. Attendance by prospective bidders is highly recommended but not mandatory. Bid Documents will be available starting November 4, 2025, and may be obtained at https://flyavl.com/doing-business-avl/rfp-rfq-rfb or may be reviewed at the Airport Administration Office, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (EDT). All Contractors and Subcontractors are hereby notified that they shall have proper Contractor's licenses as required by the state laws governing their respective trade and discipline of work in the state where this project is located. Contractors must be listed on the NCDOT Prequalified list as either a Bidder or Prime to bid on this project and prequalified by the NCDOT to perform the work pertaining to their specific scope of work in the contract. The prime contractor for this project must be prequalified by the NCDOT as a prime per the latest from NCDOT. The contract does not require a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), or Women Business Enterprise (WBE) contract goal. Bids by Contractors not meeting the above licensing requirements at the time of bid opening may be considered nonresponsive by the Authority.
