IOWA SCHOOL EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ASSOCIATION SUMMARY OF MINUTES October 7, 2025 An ISEBA board meeting was held on October 7, 2025, beginning at 4:01 p.m. 1. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Amy Jurrens. Deb Jeffs acted as Secretary and kept the minutes. 2. ROLL CALL The following members were present: Jaci Feuss, J. Alan Fink , Amy Jurrens, Tim Hood, Mary Poulter and Kevin Powell Also present were Suzy Card (ISEA), Deb Jeffs (USI), Stefanie Lovi(IASB), Calvin Vanderkrol (IASB), and Eric Waters (USI). 3. AGENDA Copies of the agenda had been distributed. A motion by J., seconded by Kevin, and unanimously carried, the agenda was approved. 4. MINUTES Copies of the minutes for the June 25, 2025, meeting had been distributed. A motion by Mary, seconded by J., and unanimously carried, the minutes were approved. 5. ELECTION OF OFFICERS Chair: Jaci Feuss, Vice Chair: Kevin Powell, Treasurer: Calvin Vanderkrol and Secretary: Eric Waters for the 2025-2026 term. 6. FINANCIALS Stefanie presented the June, July and August financials. A motion by J., seconded by Mary, and unanimously carried, the June financials were accepted. A motion by Kevin, seconded by Amy and unanimously carried, the July and August financials were accepted. 7. ISEBA UPDATE 8.
