ITB Notice is hereby given that bid proposals from Prequalified Bidders will be received by Tideline Construction LLC. The following Bid Package (CSI Division 9 and Division 26) for FAU project P-8499 Oxley Athletic Center. The bid deadline will be July 20th, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be required to be sealed and hand delivered. Bids received after 12:00 PM will not be considered. A bid opening will be performed by FAU/GC/EOR July 20th 2026 at 1:00PM. All bidders must be pre-qualified by the construction manager. To obtain additional information please contact estimating@tidelineconstruction.com. Tideline Construction LLC reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding, and accept bid proposals which are considered in the best interest of the Project.
