Jennifer Cafiero and Torrey Francis Malek were married on Friday, October 24, 2025, at the Greenville Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware. The ceremony was officiated by the couple’s close friend, Paul Linsner, and was followed by a reception at the venue.
The bride is the daughter of James Cafiero and Maria L. Esteban of Bear. She graduated from Appoquinimink High School in Middletown and earned a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Delaware. She works in logistics.
The groom is the son of Dr. Abdollah Malek and stepson of Dana Malek of Lewes, and the son of Deborah Malekzadeh of Pike Creek. He graduated from St. Elizabeth High School and holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Wilmington University. He is a Trust Officer with The Bryn Mawr Trust Company of Delaware.
Katherine Brown of Tinton Falls, NJ, served as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids included Brea Malek, sister of the groom, of Lewes; Jenna Dixon of Newark; Kelly Biggerstaff of Birdsboro, PA; Kylie Jones of Belmar, NJ; Leah Isenberg of Glendale, NY; Mariessa Greenholt of Wilmington; Ashley Stiles of Ocean, NJ; and Amanda Trader of Newark.
Stephen Tryon of Wilmington served as Best Man. Groomsmen included the groom’s brothers, Shane Malek of Earleville, MD, and Tyler Malek of Hockessin; as well as Nicholas Brown, Charles Hodgson, Benjamin Panella, and Vincent Panella, all of Wilmington; Christopher Grunewald of Wichita, KS, and Andrew Harton of Lewes, who was an honorary groomsman. The couple’s nephew, Ace Thomas Malek, served as ring bearer.
The newlyweds reside in Newark. They plan to celebrate their honeymoon early next year with a trip to the Philippines to visit family, followed by travels throughout Japan.
