Mayor Dierenfeld called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m.

2. Work Session Items
A. Annual Stormwater Utility Review and Update
Assistant City Administrator David Wilwerding noted that items A and B were being combined for the sake of discussion. He also introduced Carrie Swartz and Matt Stoffel of PFM. Swartz and Stoffel reviewed the cashflow for the Stormwater Utility.
B. Review FY 2027 - 2031 Community Investment Program
Swartz and Stoffel reviewed the financial impacts of the CIP, and discussed the levy impacts the CIP may have on the City's budget. There was discussion regarding the policy decisions that influence the debt levy.
3. Agenda Review

4. Department Updates
A. Public Works Department Update (10-15 Minutes)
Public Works Director Matt Greiner provided updates on the NW 100th Street/NW 78th Avenue project, as well as the Little Beaver Creek Sanitary Sewer project, and the NW Saylorville Segments B and C Watermain project.
Greiner also discussed the proposed 4-way stop ordinance that will be considered at the regular meeting.
Greiner also noted that Communications had put out information on the consideration of changing the speed limit on NW 107th Street between NW 70th and NW 78th Avenues. Council members noted that they had received some feedback opposing this change, and encouraged staff to consider delaying the implementation of the change.
City Administrator Mike Pogge-Weaver broached the subject of Work Session format and location moving forward. Council members agreed to moving the location back to the Council Chambers to provide more transparency.

The meeting adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
