Kitsap Transit Project KT 25-999 Kingston Gangway Decking Replacement NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received by Kitsap Transit NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. November 24, 2025 and must be addressed as: IFB KT #25-999 Kingston Gangway Decking Replacement The Work consists of the replacement of existing gangway decking at the Kitsap Transit Kingston ferry terminal with new like product and properly disposing of the existing. The decking is Mirco-Mesh FRP Grating, 1" Depth – 4'x 12' panel, Fibergrate Composite Structures, Inc. All on site work must be performed on the weekend to reduce ferry service disruptions. Existing panels shall be used as templates; all new panels shall be cut offsite. All new securing hardware shall be provided and installed in accordance with the provided drawings and specifications. Kitsap Transit in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
