Leasehold Conversion
NOTICE is given that applications have been received for the conveyance of Okaloosa County's reversionary interest from the owners of certain properties. This conveyance shall not include any rights, powers or authority held by the Grantor as to the beach area from the Mean High-Water Line to the landward toe of any dune line (or if established an erosion control line), either for itself or for the public generally as to the access, use and regulation of this area. The properties are more particularly described as . Steven Vlahos and Lucia Vlahos, husband and wife- COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 30, BLOCK2, SANTA ROSA ISLAND SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 1,2 AND 11, PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 84A, OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROCEED SOUTH 8 DEGREES 28 MINUTES EAST 66.7 FEET; THENCE NORTH 80 DEGREES 35 MINUTES WEST 32 FEET TO POB; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 80 DEGREES 35 MINUTES WEST 15 FEET ALONG FACE OF WALL; THENCE SOUTH 9 DEGREES 25 MINUTES WEST 73.4 FEET ALONG WALL CENTERLINE AND EXTENSION TO ALLEY; THENCE EASTERLY 15.51 FEET ALONG ALLEY; THENCE NORTH 9 DEGREES 25 MINUTES EAST 70.5 FEET ALONG WALL CENTERLINE AND EXTENSION TO POB (UNIT 2 CHATEAU BY THE SEA).
Also identified as Property Appraisers Identification Number 00-2S-24-0140-0000-0002. If any party claims an interest in these properties and objects to the conveyance of the County's interest, then they must file a written objection with the Department of Public Works located at 1759 South Ferdon Blvd., Crestview, Florida 32536. Such objection must be filed within thirty (30) days of this notice. Failure to file an objection by this date shall be deemed a waiver of any objection to the conveyance.
