LeChase Construction Seeking MWBEs and SDVOB Vendors UHS DVS Medical Neighborhood Project LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer, is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors/vendors for The UHS DVH Medical Neighborhood project. There are three phases that make up the scope of work for this project. The first phase is preparation and ground-up construction of the new 4-story building that will be 86,939 SF, along with 3,657 SF of renovation of the existing DHV Hospital. The second phase of the project will commence once the Medical Neighborhood is in operation and will include demolition and removal of the existing 11,500 SF Primary Care Facility. The final phase will include the balance of the sitework, parking lot and sidewalk development along with the new entrance canopy. MWBE SDVOB Goal: 36%.
